TDI-Brooks has successfully concluded its fourth geotechnical support endeavor for DenAr Ocean Engineering S.A. as part of the Route Investigation and Site Survey Project. The project encompassed the utilization of Gravity Cone Penetrometer (gCPT) and T-Bar tests. TDI-Brooks effectively deployed their geotechnical tools and operators to the ongoing project in the Black Sea off the coast of Turkey. During this phase, a total of forty-nine (49) gCPTs were collected at varying depths ranging from 34 to 2,168 meters. Additionally, forty-five (45) Box Cores and twenty (25) T-Bars were conducted.
TDI-Brooks owns and operates five (5) oceanographic research vessels on the spot market. The R/V BROOKS McCALL and R/V MISS EMMA McCALL are both U.S. registered Jones Act-compliant, and services the U.S. East Coast, Gulf of Mexico and Mexico. The R/V GYRE, R/V PROTEUS and R/V NAUTILUS are all Vanuatu registered, fully SOLAS compliant, and serve clients globally. RV NAUTILUS with its new Geomil Manta-200 CPT completed recently >300 deep push CPTs at various offshore wind turbine sites in the US East Coast region
